I recently switched ISP's and when I first strated running BT I got as high as 250kbs!....however now all downloads are yellow and don't go much above 10. can anyone help. The modem is plugged straight into the computer and the windows xp firewall has been diasbled |

You've disabled your firewall!!!! Good luck to you. Don't disable it, give the bit torrent access through it. You'll have to make sure your ports are open too. |
