I have that &5*@! yeallow face all the time. I turned off firewall (windows) i selected 50550 tcp. I even use 2 programs to complete (azureus,bitcomet),i select best torrents but the speed is max 20. One time i had 300 kb/s (on bitcomet) i don't know why but after 30 minutes it was 20,please help. |
