Well this client was banned from a tracker called tracker.gotwoot.net:6968/announce
surprisingly only version 3.17 is affected and so i'd uninstall and install version 3.18 instead the latest version and it connected ok.
This punk who run this tracker is a total loser

This really pisses me off as I never seen anyone do this just to prevent me from connecting.
