Post subject:  Com21 - Yellow Light

Com21 ComPORT Model# CP1100 is what I'm using to connect to the internet. I'm afraid I'm very inexperienced with computers. I've visited many forums looking for a solution, for example, I always get low ID on emule, and a yellow light on Bittornado. I've switched off Win XP firewall, doesn't seem to make a difference. Except that when I view my network connections, it doesn't say firewalled anymore. I've tried opening ports the way it's recommended, but the yellow light is permanent, and download speeds range between 0-1 kB/s most of the time, though on rare occasions it may exceed 5 kB/s.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, portforward.com does not mention Com21 ComPORT Model# CP1100, assuming that's the name I should be looking for.

The Connection Checker says rejected by tracker - NAT check failed. Check for firewalls or port forwarding.

Would greatly appreciate some assistance, thanks in advance :)

Those speeds, if completely consistent, may be indicative of ISP filtering. Try out a bittorrent download at www.openoffice.org (check their "P2P" section). They're extremely fast and reliable. If you still only get 10 KB/sec, I'd say yourISP is being evil.

As for your router, I don't even see it listed on portforward.com, so I can't help you there.
