Hello, I am trying to use shaddow's BT through my school's dorm connection, and it can never get past the red light. Can you please help me?

The simplest solution is that you used a old torrent with no other peers, but i doubt it.

The red light probably means, you are not allowed to have incoming and outgoing connections other than on port 80, because of a firewall/router/proxy setup.
