Ogg files are encoded with the Ogg Vorbis Audio Codec. You will find a list of software supporting the ogg format at the official site http://www.vorbis.com.
Nero 6 supports ogg audio, don't know if there is a plugin for Nero 5. You can also use winamp to convert the ogg files to wavs using the diskwriter plugin.
