I am behind an ICS connection, running Windows XP Pro.
No matter what i constantly get a Yellow light.

My brothers computer (The host) gets a green light and I can't figure out the problem, Windows XP Firewall is disabled and I dunno what to do.

It's really frustrating to see several people download the file 10 times faster than myself.

My ISP is NTL with a 1MB Cable Connection (1024/256)

Try in the options o push the ports higher and lower. That might help. Also a yellow light desn't always mean firewall. Just for your info i get slow speeds and i'm on a 1Mbit line too.
