Ok this is driving me crazy. I have a linksys BEFW11S4 V4 Router. My computer to connected to it through the wireless connection.

I have my computer set to a static IP address 192.168.1.20
DHCP is enabled on my router.

I have tried
Port Triggering 6881-6999 (trigger) 6881-6889(forward)
Port Forwarding 6881-6889 to IP 192.168.1.20 using TCP

No firewall on my wireless adapter. The IP that shows up in Status on my router is the same as what I get from that NATChecker website. No proxies. I can access the internet fine. I've tried Azureus and BitTornado, neither of which will give me green lights....always yellow

Can anyone help me with this?

I also tried setting my IP as the DMZ host. ALso doesn't work.

You should check if your LAN IP is still correct and that you also entered the right Gateway and DNS Server.
At your router check if there is any filter rule, also don't use forwarding/triggering/DMZ at the same time as they may override each other.
Also check if there is any proxy specified in windows internet options.

The IP I get from the NATChecker website is the same as the one I get from my router setup page.
I have only port triggering enabled
I have no filter rules on my router
There is no proxy specified in windows internet options.
I still get perpetual yellow lights, never green........

In the Shadow client options there is a place to put "Local IP" and another place for "IP to bind to". Should I be putting anything in those fields? If so, what?

In the Shadow client I noticed an option for "Automatic uPnP Forwarding"
How exactly does this work? What port forwarding/triggering setting would I need to get it working?

You do not need "Local IP" or "IP to bind to".

UPnP is used to open the ports automatically when you are using bittornado. You will need windows XP or ME, and enable it in bittornado. If UPnP works you will see a status message in the advanced window saying "upnp port forwarded", also when you go to the router upnp screen, you should see an entry with the opened port.

Did you try to hook up your computer with a LAN cable to the router?
