You have forums for "Installing" "Major problems" and "firewalls". Many things don't fit into one of these three categories. I think you should have a 'general' or some such, or a recommendation for where other kinds of things should go.

Where would you want 'feedback'?
Where would you want 'minor bug reports'?
Where would you want 'questions about bittornado' if they do not revolve around firewalls or installing?
