Is there an archive of the Windows installers for old versions, other than the two currently available via the download page?

The last time I did a web search for the Windows installer of an old version, virtually all the hits were pages with links to bt.degreez.net or to bittornado.com, where that version no longer was to be found.    When I finally found the version I wanted, it was a spyware- and bloatware-laden fake that did the job at a great penalty, and I spen a lot of time removing the garbage that it brought.   (Do not ever get BitTornado from any site other than this one!)

So I'm not trying that route this time: it's either unproductive or unsafe.

Dreamer, thanks.   I'm guessing you found them in a web search, which had such bad results for me last time.

Inetsalestech's link points to 0.3.6's installer.   Xandros's and Newsguy's came up with 0.3.1, and each was 3.16 MiB, which seems like the correct size unbloated with spyware.   Another good sign is that FC confirmed that they're identical.   Thank you!



See the "can't sustain L's to peers" thread I started in the Major Problems forum, <http://forums.degreez.net/viewtopic.php?t=1427>.   I like the random port choice in 0.3.6, and the automatic upload setting is a good idea (though by now I no longer need it), but insisting on all R's makes me just as bad as a firewaller who insists on all L's.   Maybe it makes me even worse.
