Could anyone please tell me what the - randomize - and the - upnp port forwarding - features do, and should i have them enabled or not?.

Well I did it myself all i had to do was change some Port Forwarding on my router its not really a hassle. If you do a search on the forums Shadow explains them much better than i can.
