when ever i try to download anything i get a "Problem connecting to tracker - <urlopen error (10057, 'Socker is not connected)>" What should i do to fix this if any one can tell me i would greatly apreciate it

I would like to know the same thing, except my error number is

urlopen(10061 connection refused) is this because they are a pay site? or what seems to be the problem? your help is reatly welcomed.
