I've been reading through most of the comments, and I can see that quite a few people have the same setup as myself.

Just wandering what settings people are using for a 1Mb line? I've read it on here that if you set it to DSL cable slow, and then put the upload rate up from 13 to 20 kB/s it should maximise your download speed.

I was previously using Shareaza, which was really easy to use and gave you great download speeds, but it would quite often lock up, and eventually crash.

so is it 1MByte or 1MBite?
And is it the same for both up and down?
