I've had Bittorrent/tornado so quite some time now(5-6 months I would say).

Anyways, no matter what I try, I constantly get extremely slow download rates (usually 1-10kb, 20-30 if I'm lucky >.<). And I'm not behind any firewall either, plus I have high-speed internet (cable or dsl, don't remembr which) so I don't "think" I should be having this problem. Yet somehow I can't make it go any faster.. So, does anybody know what I should do..?

Erm, sorry if this is the wrong forum for this =/

Are you flooding you upload speed?

www.dslreports.com to find your connection's max speed. And just multiply by .8 and that should fix your sucky speeds.

Dont you see the sliders next to upload rate?
And if the number that the result turned out doesnt show up on the slider just change the Settings for area.

hmm.. appearently it really IS a firewall that's causing it ><

The strange thing is that I didn't even have the firewall selected yet it's still running O.o, does anybody know how to make BT run on a Realtek RTL8139 Family PCI Fast Ethernet NIC?
