I don't really know what would be my best speed. this is actually pretty fast for me
can anyone tell me how to allow myself to d/l faster?

as it looks like you have already fordwarded your ports (green light) the only other thing you can do is ensure your upstream traffic (uploads) isn't being saturated.
if you total uplate rate is 35k/sec then set it to 30k just to be safe. this can make a huge difference. play around with it till ou get somehting that allows you to use the net whilst downloading but still gives enoguh back to the community.
