havnt used bt on debain for couple years now and totaly forgot how to install it lol. :oops:
i loged in as root then apt-get install bittornado,which says installed,but try to cd into bittornado and it says no such file or directory,i also used putty and can not find no bittornado dir,can any one help me install from begining please .

ITS ALL COME BACK TO ME NOE LOL AFTER SOME PLAYING ABOUT :roll:

Install
$> apt-get install bittornado

Download (console with curses)
#> btdownloadcurses <url>

Download (console, no curses)
#> btdownloadheadless <url>

hello al. I am getting this message, if i want to instal bittornado.

apt-get install bittornado

Wow, that's screwed up. There is no reason you'd need lighttpd, or any web server, in order to run BitTornado. None. I don't know who, but someone made a mistake somewhere.

That saod, it says "bittornado is already the newest version", so it looks like it's already installed. Have fun.

Does anyone have the Bittornado Commands? i cant find them.

Distributions often rename the packages. Programs are usually stored in /usr/bin and typically have names matching bittornado*, bt* or bittorrent*
