 Post subject: scheduling downloads

hi there, firstly thanks for bit tornado, it kicks butt, hasnt given me a moments trouble at all. Very happy.
Now that it works though i am up against it re my download limits, and my isp has unlimited downloads between 2 and 8 am and so i want to set up tornado so that it starts its downloads at 2 and finishes around 8. I have the latest version, 3.10 which i understand has this capability but i cant find out how to do it.
please help this muppet!
