Oh, that's easy; I get that at times from BitTorrent.
What it's saying, in essence. is that your BitTornado client can't associate a connection with the .torrent file. In other words: you're not connected to download/upload that file.
First thing I'd try, after checking that you DO have a connection to the Internet, firewall has the proper ports open, etc., is to wait patiently. Clients come and go, depending on whether the system you want to retrieve the file is up.
If, after a week, you're getting nada...... well, chances are good that the /torrent file is no longer good; mostly, the reason is because that the main client, where the file originated from, is no longer serving the file, or some settings have been altered. Going back to download a new .torrent file, or changing to a different type, will solve that problem.
