 Post subject: help fixing bittornado

i recently came back from a months holiday and bt aint exactly working right for me. Even though im firewalled i used to gt around 25kbps and now i only get 1 and most of the time 0! Ive tried to find the solution but theres nothing! What happened to bt while i was away?!
