 Post subject: img file - what do I do?

Hi,
I have downloaded a torrent of rar files and used winrar to recompile it back into a single .img file, but I have no idea what to do with it now. I have tried simply burning that to a DVDR disk using EZCD Creator, but that doesn't seem to work.

Can anyone help?

use alcohol 120% and mount to ur hard drive and play with powerDVD
