So I understand that "Super-Seed" shouldn't be used when initially DLing a torrent. But if after I've finished DLing should I turn on the "Super-Seed" mode? Does it make a difference if there are already 20-30+ seeds? Or should "Super-Seed" only be used when there are a few seeds?

My understanding is that it's really only appropriate to use it when you are the only seed. Otherwise it's actually less efficient.

I was looking at the settings and turned on super seed mode how to i turn it off without restarting it

Only way is to restart it.
