(1) Find out what tracker is being used.
(2) Find out who is administering the tracker.
(3) Find out where he lives.
(4) Go there with a baseball bat.
(5) Do what comes naturally.

Well! I wish I could do that. Is there something else that I can do? I don't have much knowledge about the tracker stuff.

thanx

as Shad0w mentioned

ha ha...

anyway, that means you need to do uploads until your share ratio is 0.7 before you can do any downloading, and this doesn't makes sense at all, as when you first connect to a tracker, you won't have any data to upload.

my Solution
1. Check the tracker
2. Check their FAQ, post in their forum, e-mail the *cough* admin.
3. if everything goes well....ends here, if not...continue
4. do:

Actually, any time you start a torrent it makes a tracker request. That includes when you start a torrent for the first time, when you have a torrent partially downloaded and are resuming it, and when you are seeding a torrent. But without being able to get a peer list from the tracker and without the tracker passing his IP to other peers on the torrent, fixing the ratio would be next to impossible unless the tracker still lets him seed older torrents.
