15% of download of movie is complete and then i get an error message that reads

Error[Errno 28]
No space left on device

How do i create more space? I am really really new at this computer thing and thought i was doing pretty well until now. If anyone could help me i would really appreciate it if you could answer me in a language that i can understand because i really don't get all of this computer lingo?!

this means there is not enough space on your hard drive. go into windows explorer and delete some stuff you may have downloaded that you don't need/use anymore. if you aren't comfortable doing that, you better not, b/c you could cause major problems by deleting something important.

alternatively, you could go into control panel, add remove programs and uninstall some programs that you don't use/need anymore, and that will free up some space on your drive.

then just resume/restart your download and you should be fine, providing you freed up enough space
