I am having some REAL slow download speeds with Bittornado after I upgraded from Bittorrent 3.4.2

I have tried all the other bittorrent programs but they don't seem to be increasing my speed.

At any rate here is my current speed while using Bittornado 0.3.7:

Download Rate: 2 kB/s
Upload Rate: 9 kb/s

My Settings: Upload rate 12 kB/s
Max Uploads: 4

23 peers (total speed 545 kB/s)
25 seeds

I am on 512 DSL which means my normal download speed would be around 30-50 kB/s while my upload speed would be 20-30 kB/s.

Strange why my speed is so slow now, because my firewall ain't blocking and my settings are rather accurate. Please help me.
