My torrent finally finished...how do I use the BIN, CUE, and SFV file to install the game I got?

Sorry but most likely You pirated that. I suggest you look online on google Daemon Tools thats the most i can help you with.

I'm just gonna assume that what you've downloaded is legal...

.bin and .cue files are CD image files. They can be burnt using Nero or another similar program or can be mounted on a virtual drive (like Daemon Tools). The sfv file is for checking the integrity of the files and is probably redundant if you've transferred over bittorrent.
