hi all im new 2 BitTornado i have a 1mb asl line and i dont know what setting 2 have i want 2 get the best setting 4 downloading

which setting do have? dsl/cable slow or dsl/cable fast

There is no real good answer to your question, it depends on many factors, like how many and what speed seeds and peers you are connected to etc.

You should try different settings and see which works best for you, I would suggest you to start with dsl/cable slow, and try to increase the "Upload rate" and "Max uploads" slowly, give any change you make about 5 minutes before you decide if it is working any better.
