for some reason im getting this error when trying to create a torrent on my linux server with bittornado,this is the error

this is the way im putting the command

./btmakemetafile.py http://tracker.net.php /root/BitTornado-CVS/ whatever.2004.NTSC.DVDR-TUN

i have tried it loads ov ways but getting this damn error message
has anyone come accross this b4 or knows why?
