To download bittornado, or any other bittorrent, go to its homepage. Bittornado (bittornado.com) at least posts the most recent stable and experimental versions on the front pages. Click the link that says download, then under the part that says something like BitTornado-0.3.13-w32install.exe there are mirrors. Click on one, preferably the first one. Thats how you download.
If its anime you want, a very very helpful site is isohunt.com
