If I have downloaded a partial file with the old Experimental BitTorrent Client (S-5.8.7) can I uninstall it, install the new BitTornado and then resume that file?

Or should I finish this file first, and then Do the changeover?

Thanks for your help :)

There should be no problem with resuming the file.

Open the torrent that you want to resume with bittornado and save it at the same place where you saved the files the first time.

Then save it to the same folder or use bittornado 0.3.0+ with auto-resume  .

there is an issue with saving things that come as a folder.
just remember to always save in the folder.

example.

New Downloads (i save there). when resuming make sure "New Downloads" is highlighted.

This is an example of how i do it.

Since 0.3.0+ i never had to do that.

THANKS SHADOW
