This is a stupid, but easy question; how do I share my files? I've already figured out how to make torrent files and made a few, what's the next step?

Also does sharing improve my d/l rate with this program too?

Hey, you find i Torrent-site that got a tracker and go to the upload-section.
There you probably see what tracker to use. Then you upload your torrentfile. Then you run Bittornado and choose the torrent file you made, like if you wanted to download it from yourself. Because you got 100% of the file, then you will be a seeder. Thats it ;-)
