Have been looking and have tried everything to install bittorrent on linux but it never works. It is for example, always asking for programs I already have installed. Anyway, i found out that bittornado has a linux version and tried it. Opened the x terminal typed "python setup.py install" after i cd:ed to the right dir where I untared the source. It seemed to work but i don't know where it is installed or how to check if it is installed correctly. LOG running install running build running build_py running build_scripts running install_lib running install_scripts changing modes of /usr/bin/btsethttpseeds.py to 755 etc.... Is that all I have to do to install the program? type "python setup.py install"?? thankful for help... |
