Very slow. Use Azureus instead, it's much better than Bittornado which is full of bugs.

For me it takes about 5 min or so to get to connecting to about 20 peers and seeds. Is this slow? |

I would but my stupid Mcafee firewall doesn't work well with azerues. |

Depends on the tracker and the seeds/leeches.Sometimes it can feel like forever 'til you get connected.
