I downloaded the latest edition of bittorrent T-o.2.0 but every thing I have tried to download since then has the error message saying problem connecting to tracker -<urlopen error (10061, 'connection refused')
I have left them for a couple of days but the same message is still there and nothing is happening. Any ideas on what could be wrong? could it be when I've downloaded the new bittorrent?
