...amongst a long list of options. As you can see, the default 'keepalive_interval' is 120 seconds, or 5 minutes - if you wanted it to be 30 minutes, i guess you'd need to add the option '--keepalive_interval 1800' somewhere in your call to 'btdownloadcurses.py'...
