I read the faq and I can't figure out how to do the following:

"You may be flooding your connection. Reduce your upload to a maximum of 80% of your total upstream bandwidth. "

My dl rate is 2kB/s...I'm using bittornado and am very confuzed...please help!

See the "settings for" and "upload rate" settings at the bottom of the main window? (If you don't, go to prefs and set "rate settings mode" option on the right to "full") Use those.

For example, if your internet connection can upload at 32KBps, set it to "dsl/cable slow" and "25" KBps. Once you've left it like that for a while and can see how well it works, you can try increasing or decreasing a bit.
