What does "don't allow multiple connections from the same IP" mean...does it make the d/l faster or slower?!

tux: It prevents people from establishing multiple connections to you, trying to leech off your optimistic unchoke, which gives other people less reason to send you data. So yes, it does in effect make your d/l faster.
