is there anyway i can have it like in 5.8 or whatever so when i click on link it'll load and not save it?

That is a problem you gotta resolve in your browser not in BT.
You have to link every extension of a file to a action you browser has to do.
so just tell your browser not to download a .torrent file but to directly open it.

If you click on a torrent and the "File Download" window is shown, uncheck "Always ask before opening this file type", then click "open".
