hello can some one help me please i have a probleem whit my cpu if i start up my bittorent then after a while mij cpu go to 100% ...please help me

I noticed that i had the same problem with the 0.0.1 and now i'm trying Shadows 0.1.3. Until yesterday always was fine with 0.0.1 but who knows!!
Now seems to be Ok

Prefs/Advanced/set Max peer connections to 60 or lower.

thanks man for this tip .what i discover that when i disable my firewall from my modem than after i while THE cpu goes 100% ....EN WHEN I TURN ON MY FIREWALL MY DOWNLOAD GOES DOWN
