I have a broadband connection running from a new PC. These are the results from a speed test I did on my connection

Direction Actual Speed True Speed (estimated) Downstream 481 Kbps (60.1 KB/sec) 519 Kbps (inc. overheads)
Upstream 117 Kbps (14.6 KB/sec) 126 Kbps (inc. overheads



I get overall speeds of around 400 Kbs with shadow, but my download speed never ever gets over 20 kbs. I read about people on here gettings speeds of 150, how can you do this?

Also, where is good for .torrent files?
