the forums at degreez.net

Hi guys, recently when I opened my bit torrent program, I got this error msg (see below),

it tells me to go to some forum (TLF <- no idea where that is) and the moderator Deadman would fix it for me....

but I thought maybe i can come to here first...

any suggestion/ solutions? thanks ^_^
