216 peers 20 seeds 51.999 distributed copys total speed of 2500k and i'm getting about 30k on a 3mbit connection.. i'v done some looking around to figure out whats up.. and forwarded the right ports.. other then that i'm clueless.. anyone know? btw.. seems like any files i dl is the same.. usualy dont worry because i usualy download small things.. but this time its 5gigs.. and would take awhile at 30k when i'm capable of almost 400k..

is your upload at full rate ?
cause this might be the pb...

max upload is good but you should reserve approx 25 to 30% of this upload for the pure "network level talk"(TCP) between peers.

Try to use NetLimiter or the built-in feature to cap your upload to 70-75% of your true upload capacity.
