Now this is probably just a misreading of the extraction process during installation (a percentage reading misfire, and not actual data corruption), and not a big deal at all 'cause all is working fine for me with the client use, but i thought I'd post it 'cause I haven't seen it mentioned before.
There is however the possibility of corruption whenever things like this happen during install. This has happened with the past few versions of bittornado and pre-bittornado as well. I'm using the w32 client in Win XP Pro btw. Just a heads-up. If this is a known issue just disregard :) Thanks for all the hard work you put into the client.

'Fraid you'd have to take that up with Nullsoft, the people who make the NSIS installer I use.
