I am currently downloading something, it is at 99.9%
It is 3682.38 MB, It goes to 3682.37 then when it hits 3682.38 it hops down to 3681.38, basically it never finishes, Please tell em the problem.

What error message do you see when this happens?

if its a rar or something it could be crc errors that you have missed, those chunks will be redownloaded and so on and so on

Try disconnecting your cable/DSL router and connecting straight to your uplink.

Sounds to me like you downloaded a corrupt peice. So, it probably failed the hash checking and that's why it's re-downloading the corrupted parts. Maybe somebody on thet tracker is sending you bad data.

i had this exact same problem recently, and it's a corrupt file that someone keeps feeding you. disconnect from the tracker (shut down the torrent) and then restart it, hopefully if there are enough peers you won't connect to that person again before finishing.
