Hi ... I have high speed with a cable modem and i am curiois as to why i can't never seem to get a green light ??? Its either yellow or red ... I understand what the red means , the server is busy but why can't i get a green light ever ??? Now i do have a firewall sygate pro and i did configure it, i bleieve its right... So what i try was i disable my firewall or close my firewall so its not active and try out 5.8.11 and i still am getting a yellow light ... What can i do to fix this so i am able to recieve a green light ???

PS: Also i do have a router too ( Linksys BEFSR41v2 ) but i am not connected to it yet ... I want to get the firewall set up right first or be able to have this green light and then try the firewall follow by the router ....

How do you setup sygate access rules? Your problem is probably from here.

Since I started using BitTornado, the same thing's happened to me. Didn't happen in the Experimental client. However, nothing's affected - just check "Force icon to display green when firewalled" in the prefs.

S-5.8.11 had a bug where the client could trip its own green light. This bug has been eliminated, and as a result, more people are discovering they're actually firewalled.
