I have dsl that is from century tel. I forget the exact speed of it, but the fastest download I get from a website is about 60 k a second. I have my ports set from 6881 to 6899 and I am connected to a torrent with 59 peers and getting a dl of 4 kb/s and a upload of 13 kb/s. I dont use a firewall either. I wonder what I should do, I just dont get why it is never a consistent speed and a lot of the time it just drops to 0 download. |

find out what your line speed realy is, but if 60k is you fastest download with dsl then you upload is propably at maximum with 13k. Try limiting upload to 9-10k and see what happens. |
