After soemtimes it will reboot my computer.. sometimes it doesnt.. why is this happening? i have 1 gig ram. i have no virus or spywares at my computer. please help

Hard to tell. I would say, download Memtest86, put it on a floppy, boot from it and check your RAM for errors. If your timings are too tight, thus producing memtest errors, it can result in such behaviour.
