first off, i was wondering if there was anyway to choose who you want to download or upload to and from, or a way you can limit badwidth the certain IPs. if not, is there any client out there that can? ill explain that better if you don't understand what im asking.
secondly in the advanced section i can view all the download and upload info. well what does the "choking" "choked" and "snubed" mean?
