Over the past couple of days, I was using the plain old vanilla bittorrent to download a rather large file. It took me about two days to get sixty percent done and I had only a little more than a day left to finish.
Then disaster struck. My rate dropped. It was over 20 kb/s, but it dropped to 1 in less than an hour. The seeds were still there, but it downloaded less. I decided to try finishing with Bittornado (since it was so highly reccomended) I thought that maybe it was a problem with the software. Well, with bittornado I get maybe an occasional whopping 2 kb/s. The little light is yellow as well.
I have no clue what to do. The fact that I was origionally so close, but now deprived, is driving me nuts. I'm on a university network, but other than that I don't have any technical info. No firewall is running either. Any help would be appreciated.
