my com got infected with spyware. I tried spybot and ad aware but both still fail 2 remove the spyware. So what's the solution?

reformat!! :)

otherwise it could have been when installing something like msn plus, and you selected to install the sponser program, then no program will get rid of it... just make sure you didnt do anything like that
