My system is debian testing and the bittornado is 0.3.10-2. I usually use the btlaunchmany to download and the download rate control seemed not solve in the recent version.

I check up the launchmanycore.py and RateLimiter.py and both of them doesn't set up the download_rate (upload_rate does well.).

I think the "max_download_rate" mentions per torrent download and it does in my bittornado. Is there a patch to solve it or in the TODO?
